Inspired by the hues of desert lands, our naturally dyed Desert evenings Batik saree is woven with Muga Silk and designed with Batik hand-block-printing technique by the go-to Batik artisan, Shakil Khatri. This special saree is a part of our first Artisan Of The Month collection highlighting the work of artisan Shakil Khatri.

In a stunning combination of white andbrown, this Batik saree can be worn on days you want to look classy and earthy.

The saree is 6.5 meters in length and the blouse piece is 0.9 meters.

Craft Details:
Batik is an almost 1,000-year-old traditional wax-resist dyeing and block printing craft practised in India and certain other South Asian countries.

Since this product is naturally dyed and hand block-printed, it may have slight irregularities, which are only a testimony of human involvement in the process. Please note that slight colour bleeding or rubbing may occur due to the traditional printing process involved.
